When ordering a Party Platter please choose two side dishes from the following list to accompany your platter, unless other side options are designated. Each platter also comes with a pickle bowl, raw veggies and dip, and all appropriate condiments.

Caesar or Tossed Salad

(substituted $1 extra / $2.75 as an addition)

All party trays that are ordered for 25 people or more will include deviled eggs at no extra charge. All prices for party trays are per person and based on 10 or more people. For less than 10 please add $1.50 per person. Paper Products are $1.35 per person.

Classic Sandwich Tray

Fresh deli sandwiches including roasted turkey, honey baked ham, corned beef, roast beef, tuna salad and chicken salad on assorted gourmet breads and rolls.

Additional Options for Classic Sandwich Tray : To include grilled Chicken Sandwiches for additional $1.50 per person. Include Shrimp Salad sandwiches for an additional $3.75 per person. Or, to include wraps add an additional $1.25 per person.

Contemporary Sandwich Tray

Our “All White Meat” sandwich assortment of fresh roasted and smoked turkey breast, turkey pastrami, grilled chicken, tuna and chicken salad, all on assorted gourmet breads and rolls.

Charcoal broiled BBQ pit beef, pit turkey, pit chicken breast, and pit steak served on assorted fresh baked rolls. Includes choice of side salads.

This option includes sandwiches and deli cold cut subs with a pickle tray, potato chips and condiments. No other side dishes are included. For 25 people or more we will include deviled eggs.

All Wrapped Up

Flavored flour tortilla wraps rolled with meats, cheeses, vegetables and lettuce and tomato. Honey Dijon and Italian dressings are served on the side. Selections include: Fresh Turkey, Ham & Cheese, Grilled Chicken, Veggie & Cheese.

Gourmet Wraps

Festive colored tortillas filled with upgraded fillings, lettuce and tomato. Served with the same sides as the “classic”. Our Gourmet Wrap selections are: Turkey & Ham BLT, Chicken & Brie, Fajita Steak, Portobello & Havarti, Smoked Turkey & Cheddar, Curried Chicken Salad.

Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwiches

Freshly grilled boneless chicken breast topped with bacon/cheddar, mushroom/swiss, spinach/feta, ham/muenster. Served on assorted rolls and croissants. This tray comes with sesame noodle salad, roasted vegetables, lettuce, tomato and pickle tray, with appropriate condiments.

An upscale elegant variety of freshly prepared foods on European Style gourmet breads and rolls. Sandwiches include: Jumbo Lump Crab cake, Shrimp Salad, Grilled Chicken Breast, Grilled Salmon, Beef Tenderloin, hand carved Turkey Breast, Roasted Vegetable.
